If you are staying at a resort, they have stores and cafes through which you can buy snacks, but you are not going to like the prices. These items are going to be priced very high, and you may not find what you want. You may also find that the hours of operation are limited, so those midnight urges for a snack may have to go unanswered. Plan ahead for this.

All inclusive vacation packages often include the room for the entire stay as well as other activities in the area. If you are on a resort, you normally have full use of each thing without worry. However, some are a bit crafty, as they allow you to use the lake, but they will charge you a rental price for the canoe or the jet ski that you want to use. This is just another reason why you want to have some extra cash with you when you go on inclusive vacations. There are always going to be hidden things to pay for, or something a few miles away that catches your eye that is not included in your vacation.

The best way to know what to expect with all inclusive vacation packages is to talk to others who have gone on them. Look online for reviews of resorts. You can also call ahead and ask for specifics, or get your vacation package through a travel agent that can answer your questions for you. They want your repeat business, so they want you to have a good time. If they can answer questions that ensure you are totally prepared, they have done their job. All inclusive vacations are usually a great deal and a good way to save money, but watch out for those little extras you may want that can add up quickly.
